Cannot save Favourites bar size in open/save dialog box

Hi, after installing Big Sur, i have a issue with the open/save dialog box in different application. My favourites sidebar contains a lot of aliases to different location with longer names. I have to resize the Favourites sidebar every time, and it does not stay saved.

Anyone has a solution ?
