Cannot SCREEN SHARE on Same Wifi Network- Please Help

I'm using latest Airport Extreme Router with 2 yr old Macbook Pro and latest Mac Mini connected to same router.

I've been able to before, but for some reason, I cannot connect to the Mac Mini from my Macbook Pro. I can't connect or use screen share. Screen and file share is enabled on the Mac Mini and I added myself as a user.

Any ideas? Thanks

(Running all latest software updates on everything).
