cannot see new pics in preview...HELP

Hi

can someone please help me....

my iphone is almost full with pics and now it wont show my new pics in preview when i try to load them onto my mac

i tried deleting the old ones and it still will not show the new pics. it shows the right number of pics but will not show them in preview
