Cannot seem to get Keynote's to play in Quicktime

Trying to watch the new Keynote on apple.com, I'm having troubles. The Quicktime player will load up, however then show just the Quicktime logo, and saying "loading", this will go on for hours. This happened with WWDC too, and I was only able to watch it a handful of times before it going back to the same problem.

Is this just because the video is in high demand right now, and I should wait for it to go down in downloads? I'm assuming this is the case, but I wanted to make sure.
