Cannot select specific app in automator

While making very simple workflow this problem occurred..

I want to make a keyboard shortcut for exporting data from a specific application, the app was unselectable.

I tried BTT first, it doesn't worked at all, only for that application.

What is the problem?

I don't know why you can not select the app, but you should be able to set keyboard shortcuts in system preferences / keyboard. There's a list of applications which you can add your own to, then define keyboard shortcuts for menu selections. So no need for Applescript or Automator.
