Cannot send verification code to a bricked 6s

Evening all,

My 6s fell foul of the iOS 10 update issue, so it currently displays the plug into itunes display on its screen.

If I plug it into my PC it says the PC is unverified and has to send a text to my mobile (which is currently bricked).

So I am completely stuffed. Can anyone tell me how to get my iPhone back and running please??
