Hi guys.

So, here is my dilemma.

Yesterday I was transfering some old forgotten files from my black macbook, to my new unibody macbook Pro. Everything went fine. Then I thought that I would transfer some files I needed for a presentation from my macbook pro to my iphone using the Air Sharing app.

It wouldn't work. And not just the app, but Safari on the iphone kept telling me I didn't have internet.

hmmm....

So, I take the same ethernet cable out of the unibody, and plug it back into my old black macbook. Hit Preferences... internet Sharing... Voila! Working, no problems what so ever.

I repeated it again and again. My black macbook lovingly shares its internet... while the mean old unibody SAYS that it is sharing... indeed on the iphone I connect fine, it shows me the lovely rainbow WiFi symbol, but Safari once opens, or Skype... back to 3G on the iphone I go.

Anyone else have this? Is there a fix? Why is it not sharing?
