iPhone Cannot Stop Recording Videos

iPhone Does Not Let Me Stop Recording After Pressing Record Button.
I Can See a Lag Between 0 sec to 10 sec cuz I Cant See Counting From 0 to 10 sec at the top timer. It Keeps Recording Until I Kill The Camera App. But There are No Recorded Videos Either :(
Camera App Works Fine On Safe Mode. So It Should Be a Tweak Problem.
How To Track Down The Causing Tweak?
Here are My Tweaks

iPhone 5s
iOS 8.1.2
Jailbroken
