iPhone Cannot stream music iPhone

Hi guys,

Quick issue here. Since somewhere during iOS 11.2.X, I lost the ability to stream music from Apple Music. I HAVE to download songs locally to play them, even if I'm on wifi. I've looked through settings and there doesn't seem to be an issue there.

Anyone has an idea?
 
Make sure
Settings>Music>Cellular Data>On
Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data>On
Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data>Music>On

To troubleshoot, you may delete the music app and redownload it or reset network settings under General settings.
