Cannot sync a purchased movie from iTunes to iPad.

This is baffling me a bit. I am on 4.3.3 and jailbroken. I am trying to sync a movie I purchased through iTunes yesterday but it wont let me. I get a sync error 13019. All my other purchases sync perfectly. It is not an issue of space or anything like that. What is going on here?
