Hi all. I've searched for a solution but don't see anything with a definitive solution. Windows 7, iTunes 9.0.3, and iPhone 3GS (stock, not jailbroken).

A few weeks ago my applications stopped transferring from the iPhone back to iTunes. They do sync from iTunes to the iPhone. I tried the usual stuff - deauthorize/authorize the PC, transfer purchases, remove apps from the Mobile Applications folder, turn off, reset, and just tried with 9.0.3 with no luck.

When I sync with iTunes I see the application names go by quickly in the status bar. I looked for an iTunes log to see if it reported anything but could not find a log updated with every sync attempt.

I did install iTunes to a different drive than C: and also moved my Mobile Applications folder to that same drive. I do think it has worked since then but anything is possible. I manage applications from both iTunes and the iPhone.

I appreciate any ideas. Thx.
