Cannot Sync Error 13019

Hey guys, having a bit of trouble here.

My ipad (32GB WiFi) is getting this error ONLY when trying to sync the copy of Jackass 3D digital copy I purchased earlier today. Every other movie/song/TV show/etc I have syncs just fine, only when I try Jackass 3D it gets this error.

Ive tried every "13019 error fix" on this site and from my findings on apples site and no go.

I have other digital copies on my devices and they work fine.

Funny enough, my iphone 4 running 5.0 beta 2 sync with Jackass 3D perfectly fine so I don't think it's the file... something with the ipad just isn't syncing properly. Also I'm running itunes 10.5 beta 2.

Best bet would be wait till iOS 5 is out of beta.
