Cannot sync

Hey guys. Trying to sync an iPhone, but there is a ringtone which is greyed out under the tones section on iTunes. It's on the phone, but I cannot delete this greyed out section on iTunes, and it is preventing me from syncing, saying "waiting for items to copy". Any help would be appreciated.

I had this exact problem when I first sunk my phone. There was a ring tone and like 3 albums that were greyed out that wouldn't sync.

I think the problem is either your phone by itself tried syncing from the cloud AND your computer so there were two copies or you tried to unplug the cable and the files that were being copied, weren't.

I still have a few songs on my phone that when I click play, don't play. Maybe I'll erase them and try re syncing
