Cannot turn off Bluetooth. Bluetooth not working

Seems that I cannot connect to my QC35 or Airpods. I cannot turn off Bluetooth either.

Anyone with the same issue? Thanks.

Edit: NVM, fixed by deleting the bluetooth plist file
