Cannot "unlock" file... help

Im trying to overwrite an old file with a new one Ive been working on from a different hard drive and it wont overwrite it because it says the following; file attached

I have tried to unlock it per the instructions given but the "locked" section is greyed out and it wont let me change it. HELP Please.

You have to click the little "padlock" icon to make changes:
