Cannot update GarageBand

I recently upgraded from Mavericks to High Sierra. From the App Store, I updated iTunes and everything else but I cannot update GarageBand to 10.3.1. The App Store downloads the 70MB then fails saying "GarageBand failed to download. Use the purchased page to try again".

Anyone else had this same issue?

Garageband is a 1gb download.
Have you downloaded the full app rather than upgrading.....:)
