Cannot update to 4.1 after TU install

Guys, quick help here...

I updated to the newest version of TinyUmbrella, in hopes of updating my phone to 4.1 and jailbreaking.

I installed TU, and now I cannot update in iTunes. It tells me "unable to connect to the server".

I know its probably a problem with my "hosts" file, but I already deleted the line that had gs.apple.com at the end of it with no luck.


What do I need to do here? Does the new version of Tiny Umbrella do something else?

I had the same problem

it seems that there is a problem with apples server because a lot of people are experiencing this. Use the search and you would see a couple of threads about the same thing.

edit:

They seem to be back up..I just tried it and it worked.
