Dear all,

I've tried and tried, to get the Apple wireless keyboard to work with bootcamp 3.0, but to no avail.

-The computer is a Macbook Pro 15 inch June 2009
-The keyboard is the 2009 wirless version
-Already installed Windows XP SP3 with all updates as well as the Bootcamp 3.0 drivers from the Snow Leopard disc.

First, I unregistered the keyboard in OS X, and then in windows XP I disabled the power saving feature for bluetooth.

Next, before each setup, I turned off, and then on the keyboard, and then performed a varitey of options during the setup:

-selecting the HID drivers during and after the setup or not,
-choosing between no passkey, selecting own passkey, and having the computer select one for me. (the setup won't let me type in the passkey, so I'm only successful with the no passkey option).
-restarting the computer or not
-trying a suggested solution of connecting without a passkey first, then removing it to connect it with a passkey right afterwards.

only rareley could I get the keyboard to connect successfully, and never would the brightness or the volume on my wireless keyboard be controlled. Because Fn key couldn't be used, I cannot type the windows delete key as well.

I remember getting Leopard's bootcamp 2.1 to work properly with the apple keyboard a month back, even though that took a full day, but I still got it to work. Now, even after a full day, it still doesn't work.

I find this problem perplexing and fustrating. All of the solutions that I could find have been tried, but the wirless keyboard still cannot work properly. I know that there are numerous threads that are posted on this already, but I feel that this case is especially difficult.
