Canon 100-400mm IS Which Collar does it come with?

I am getting ready to purchase the Canon 100-400mm IS lens and confused on which mounting collar it comes with. I see a white collar on the actual lens per B&H photo website but when you click on what's included it says something about a Collar B black collar.

I need to know which collar this lens comes with. I am trying to mount this lens to my Induro tripod with SA-23 ballhead which has a quick release plate- I dont have a dovetail release on this one -will I need another bracket ?

I really want to buy a DM12 ballhead with dovetail quickrelease but don't know which collar it comes with ? I know I need a Wimberley plates p20
with this ballhead.

I am really confused and don't know which way to go? Please help..

I am wondering if they are referring to the wrong mounting collar, when you click on the type B link it refers to lenses other than the 100-400. I did a quick look around and even Canon's website doesn't appear to tell you what is in the box.

Suggest calling before ordering. Otherwise I hope you enjoy that lens
