I am hoping that someone will be able to help me with this issue. I have an imac that I just purchased and am trying to set up my Canon Canoscan 8800F film scanner to it. For the most part it seems that it is all set. However, I am trying to scan 120 film and there is NO option to switch the film past 35mm. No matter where I search, I just can not find it.... Am I overlooking something? I have never had this problem with this scanner, as I have used it on two PC's prior to the imac purchase.

Can someone provide an answer?

And just to throw it out there, I have tried using the installation cd that came with it, and still nothing. Even with the Archsoft photo, just wont change the size....

I assume that you got a copy of silver fast to install when you bought the scanner as I did.

Install this and you should clearly see the options.

If you didn't download a demo of that or VueScan (which is what I use now).

The defauly MP Navigator software is absolutely rubbish and doens't work under Snow Leopard so I would recommend the two softwares mentioned above.
