Canon FD to Nikon D40x lenses...

Basically I am more focused on video but I need some help on the photography side of things.

I recently bought a 35mm jagst adaptor for my camcorder and the end of it is a Canon FD lens mount.

Does such an extension ring exist that I can attach the lenses from my dads Nikon D40x (unsure of what lens type or attachment this is) to the Canon fd mount?
