So, my wife and I are having a bit of a dilemma. She is a professional photographer and just recently switched over to Mac and got herself a nice printer. We're printing from a 24" Aluminum iMac to a Canon iP4500. Here's the problem we're facing.
In Windows, the print utility built into Windows allows you to print true 4x6 photos, 3 to a page. However, the Canon comes with its software Easy-PhotoPrint EX that prints what it calls "borderless 4x6." That's a load of crap because it prints four "4x6" pictures to a page. That's right, they're not actually 4x6s at all. They're actually 4.25x5.5 -- and that doesn't fit in a 4x6 frame.
If ANYONE knows something we can use to get true 4x6 printing, that would be great. It's just becoming a tad annoying. I've attached two images, one shows how Windows prints three 4x6s to a page and the other shows how the software on Mac prints four 4x6s to a page.
Thanks for all your help!
