We have an old dual ethernet (Snow) airport base station and on the advice of an apple "genius" recently bought a Canon ip5200r printer, which is now connected by ethernet cable to the base station. I did all the setup stuff, and even got it to calibrate the print heads without any wired connection to any of our computers, but can't seem to get it to print. The machine shows up as the default printer when I do Command P but then I get an error message saying it can't connect to the printer. Yet I can still get it to perform any maintenance function, so obviously some part of the computer can "see" some part of the printer. Any suggestions?
