Hey gang,
I've got a Canon MP500 printer and I recently installed Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional.
But, for some reason, under the 'print' menu, i can't select 'Quality & Media', 'Colour Options' or 3 other options. And I need Quality & Media to select 'greyscale printing'.
These options appear with a line through them and the message "This panel is not compatible with your computer. Contact the printer manufacturer for the latest version of your printer software".
This option also doesn't work in Preview, yet it works fine in Microsoft Word.
Would this be a problem with the printer driver? How can I check for updates?
Thanks all.
