I just switched from my Asus to a Macbook Pro. Some problems popped up as I tried to print out some documents.

I am using

OS X 10.8.2 and Canon PIXIMA MP560 color printer

1) I couldn't print it two-sided, the button is gray

I read posts in the forum saying that I should go to system preference-->print &scan-->drivers and click something. But the problem is when I open the "Print& Scan" window there are only three tabs: General, Supply levels and Utility. There is no "Drivers" tab at all, although I did download and installed the printer driver on my laptop. It just didn't show up. So what is causing the problem?

2) How to set the color printer to print document as black-white?

Awww... everything is easier in windows...

Could someone please help me with these? Thanks a lot!
