It is "fire wire" It is that other little jack, the rectangle shaped one the USB cord will not fit into. You will need a 4 to 6 pin firewire cable with ends that look like this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:FireWire-46_Diagram.svg the smaller 4 pin end goes to the camera, the larger on to the computer. Note the external disk drives can also use firewire but they use a cable with 6 pins on each end
