Canon Print with Airport Express

I have been using Airport Express to print wirelessly on my Canon IP5000 printer. Lately, it has not been working very well. It prints just a partial page and then gets "stuck." I have to delete the print job to release the paper. I don't understand why this is just happening lately.

Any ideas? Canon technical will not support wireless printing.
