I'm getting a little frustrated with my 3-year old canon powershot s50 and I was hoping you could help.
It's become apparent now that there is some slight horizontal stretching going on with the pictures that I'm taking. It's not glaringly obvious, but when I compare them with similar pics my Dad has taken with his Olympus, there is a noticeable difference with the way people look (i.e. fatter). Evidently my camera seems to add more than 10 pounds, as it were.
I've checked the various settings on the camera, and everything seems to be on the default, and I usually just shoot auto anyway.
So what could my problem be? I'm very frustrated that mmany vacation pics seem to be affected and am quite leery at this point at upgrading to another canon.
