Canon Vixia HV30 to web

I am importing Canon Vixia HV30 footage into Finalcut, I edit it there. I need to know how to export it into Compressor so that I have a webready video.

Currently the HD settings are making a 1.5 minute video 100 mgs. I need 10 to 20 megs tops.

Not sure about compressor but I have the same camera & also import into FCP. I've opened the file in Quicktime Pro & then done and export or save as with the default web settings, works like a charm.
