Canon XL1 Question

How would one go about capturing what is on the desk top of an iMac Snow, 600 MHz G3, onto a Canon XL1.

I need to give a presentation of surfing the Internet and displaying different Websites, using the XL1.

Any ideas? I don't have a VGA adapter.

i'd recommend you use a program called snapz pro x to record video of your screen to a digital file. it's much easier, and likely higher quality than outputting to your camera.
