Just over 12 months old, no previous problems. Scanner was disconnected for 2 weeks, and now refuses to work. The SCAN window opens, but clicking on the SCAN button brings up error message < Calibration cannot be performed. Pull out the film and place the Film Adapter Unit at Frame 1> regardless of which Canon-provided software I try. I have never used the film adapter.
Have posted message to Canon support, but response yet. No scanner is a real pain.
Using Mac OS10.2.8 on iMac. Have uninstalled and reinstalled ScanGear CS. Did not work.
Any suggestions?
