Can't access a webpage designed for IE

I'm a finance manager at a car dealership and the website we use to pull credit reports and submit applications says its designed for Internet Explorer and I can't access anything. It sure would be nice to use this Ipod Touch for this website. Are there any programs or anything I can do to trick this site into thinking I have Internet Explorer???
