Can't access Cydia on my jailbroke phone.

I tryed to update an app/program from Cydia. While it was updating phone shut off and now I can't access Cydia. Please help I have been unable to access Cydia for about a month, not sure what to do. Thanks in advance.

You can use the program called SSH, there are also other programs where you can import apps from your computer to your phone

Is SSH mobile terminal and if so how to I use it to eliminate the unfinished update so that I can get back onto cydia.
