I tried to access the iTunes store today (on my PC) because I wanted to redeem an iTunes card but when I clicked iTunes store it came up with this error message (even though my internet connection was working fine):
Fortunately I found a way to be able to redeem my iTunes card even with this problem unresolved. I would still like to know the reason for this problem and how I can go about fixing it.
