Can't Access iTunes Store

I just installed the 7.6.1 update to iTunes yesterday, but since then I haven't been able to access the store. I just get a message saying it can't connect and to make sure my connection is active.

Anyone know how I can fix this? And if I reinstall iTunes, will I lose my library?
