Can't access OSX shared folder from Vista

I am having a problem sharing stuff on my MBP with Vista. I can see my MBP from 'Network' in Vista, but when I double click it it asks for a username/password.

I enter my Mac's username and password (which is the exact same as my Vista login), but it says logon unsuccessful.

I followed this guide to setup sharing to share a folder with Vista: http://www.ifelix.co.uk/tech/3022.html

Doesn't seem to be working though, any ideas?
