Can't Access the iTunes store after upgrade

OK I did a new install on my phone of 3.0. Didn't do a back up since I can just reload the few apps I have and my contacts and calendar are synced with google. Anyway, I did a restore from the 3.0 ipsw and after it finishes it tries to connect to the iTunes store I'm assuming to activate, but says the connection timed out. Now I've got a phone that I can't use. Anyone else getting this?
