Can't access Yahoo?

MBP 15" 2018.
Suddenly I cannot get into Yahoo. I just get this error message in the top, left corner.........

Any ideas please??

I just cleared Safari Cache and I managed to open Yahoo but as soon as I either accepted pro rejected Cookies it went back to the error message.
I have no problem accessing it on my iPhone or tablet so something in my MBP has an issue???

1. What OS version are you using?
2. Does it happen with a Safe Boot?
