Ok so yesterday I bought two Apple watches from Best Buy on the device installment for AT&T and they will not activate the cellular option .
I go through the watch app on the phone , click cellular , then try to set it up to get a “ opps screen and to call AT&T”.
I called them yesterday first guy couldn’t figure it out asked for a “EID” then said he would get some help only to transfer me to some other person.
New person gets on starts talking about doing a credit check after I told her I bought this via Best Buy and added a line. At that point I hung up and was frustrated to spend 30 min on phone to have to start all over again.
Today it still won’t activate via watch app nor is it showing up as a device on my account .
If I don’t activate the cellular will it ever show up?
How do I get cellular to work, do I just suffer through the painful call to AT&T?
