Can't add custom ringtones to iphone4 or remove ones on there!

I'm REALLY starting to get frustrated here. I did the same exact thing to add my new custom ringtones as I did to add the first 4. Now it won't add any additional ringtones AND worst of all I can't get the only 4 custom ones i DO have on the phone, off of it!

PLEASE HELP
