Can't add friends to iChat - Feedbag error

I can't add friends to ichat for some reason. I get "feedbag error 12". I tried deleting buddies b/c i thought i was over the limit but it didn't do anything. Any suggestions?

After the error just press apple L twice (logs you on and off) real quick or however you want, and it should add it. If not I am not sure.
