Exactly what it says. I can drag them over when manually managing music/movies, and a little greyed out line with the title shows up on the ipad, but movies/music will not play, and within the apps themselves they say there's no movies music loaded onto the ipad. WTF?

I've always done it the same way. Checked and double checked space on iPhone and that the file was correct.
I just get a greyed out file name in iTunes and on phone with a sync/circle icon beside it but it won't do anything.
