hey all,

EDIT: oops a little keyboard accident

Anyway, I'm trying recreate my ENTIRE library and I am doing it artist by artist because of a problem of some files being randomly left behind even though the file format is fine. I think I have found one of those songs. It is an mp3 file, and I drag it over iTunes an the green plus appears, but when I let go, it doesn't appear in the Library. I've checked the rest of this forum, but I only see more complicated versions of this problem. This is seriously just iTunes not accepting and an mp3. I've tried double clicking it, add to library... and drag and drop, but nothing works.

Any ideas? Thanks.

nope

Can you play the MP3 in QuickTime? :)

No, Quicktime gives me the error that this file cannot be opened by Quicktime. It definitely has the file extension .mp3

sps
