Can't add to Homescreen; Webclips !

I'm on 4.3.2 iphone4 Pwned - webclips stopped working suddenly - don't know why. Anyway tried this ; booted in to safe mode added a webclip from BBC iPlayer and Google+, worked fine ! Did a respring back to 'normal' and it has stuck :cool:
Will not let me add to homescreen in jailbreak state though - any ideas ?!?!
