Just upgraded to IOS 6.1.3 and have phone connected to our corporate email system, Exchange 2010. If you try to add users to the VIP list from the global address book, all of them are grayed out. The only way to add is if a person sends an email, then you can add to VIP list from the email. The only thing I can figure is that VIP can't read the email address in the GAL. This happens on all activesync iPhones connected to our email system.
Does anyone know the reason this is not working and if a fix is in the works?

How were you able to even add corporate e-mails to the VIP folder? Last time I tried to add a contact to VIP it limited me to the local contacts only.
