cant assign my flashlight to the lock button via activator like iv used to...

i jailedbreak my iphone 4 ios 7 with pangu.
all went good, iv installed activaor via cydia.
now, i want to assign the flashlight to be on\off with double press on the lock button.
this how i do it, please tell me if im doing something wrong:
activator(main screen)---anywhere---lock screen double tab clock-----flashlight(activate\deactivate switch).

i dont remember how to do it, please help
