Can't back up to computer with iTunes 10.6

Anyone else has this problem? When I choose "back up to computer" then click apply, it just jumps back to "back up to iCloud". This is the new iTunes 10.6. My FW is still 5.0.1.

I have plenty of disk space so that's not a problem.
