Can't backup to iCloud (I dont understand this)

You can see i still have 2.1 gigs left on my iCloud account, yet it doesnt let me backup my iPhone (same with iPad). What is the use to this space if i cant even use it?

Perhaps you have more than 2.1 Gb of stuff to back up from your iPhone or iPad?

Seems like the space is usable, but limited. Just my guess.

As the person before me said, your backup must be more than 2.1Gb in storage and backup, you can see how big your backup will be and disable some apps to allow room. Check that out.

You only get a total of 5Gb free. You can purchase additional space.
