Cant boot from CD after installing a new SSD

I installed a new SSD from Crucial and I want to recover from my Time Capsule.

How do you boot from the CD?

I've done the press Option key and there I can choose the OSX install cd but then after I press it the screen changes to the apple logo and sits there.

Do I need to wait for a long time or something?

Did I press the wrong keys?

It can take up to several minutes to boot from the DVD. You can also boot from the DVD by holding the "C" key
