Can't Boot in Mac OS X 10.6.2

I installed the Snow Leopard v 10.6.2, on a partition of size 160GB.

But, later i required a separate partiton, so i used the Disk Utility option to create the partiton, which successfully created the partition of 80gb each.

Now when i reboot the system it shows me following error
"NO Bootable device -- Enter Boot disk, press any key". and it just stucks there.

So i went through few forums and found the solution that i require the MAC OS X Bootable disk to boot from desired partition, which i did and it worked.

But, now everytime i have to put the OS X DVD to boot MAC, which really annoying.

Also, when i type diskutil list, i get the following output.

I dont know where am i missing, i guess partitioning the HDD has modified my GUID Table, if YES then how to recover it back, or is their anything else am i supposed to do.

"NO Bootable device -- Enter Boot disk, press any key" means that at some point you have installed Windows, and you are currently booting off the "legacy" method. That is the Windows bootloader (written to the first part of your disk, not in a volume) telling you that it can't find anything it recognizes. Of course the Windows bootloader does not know anything about MacOS volumes.

Try holding down the option key while booting. Either you will get an option to boot to the MacOS X volume, or it is so completely hosed that you are going to have to re-install.

I didn't install anything on the new partition.

My current partition table is this

Leopard:~ leopard@$ diskutil list
/dev/disk0

2: Apple_HFS Hackintosh 79.2 GB disk0s2
3: Apple_HFS BackUp 59.9 GB disk0s3
4: Microsoft Basic Data 20.7 GB disk0s4

the disk0s4 partition is completely empty (but formatted by MS DOS), the problem arise when i partition the disk0s2 into two partition disk0s3 & disk0s4.

before formatting the diskutil displayed following partition.

Although i can boot in MAC but using MAC OS X DVD, which i dont want to do.

If someone could help me out with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
